On or after the final Dev. Plan comes into force, the Planning Authority can prepare one or more Town Planning Schemes For implementation of the proposals of the final Development Plan The Town Planning Scheme provide the most effective tool in developing an enblock area of the town / city at micro level by which enforcement of suitable layout of land holdings and automatic acquisition of land required for new roads, road widening and for public sites are possible.
